dac tent stakes DAC J-Stakes TSize S This is the stake that comes standard with all our lightweight tents besides the NFT. It's a durable, anodized aluminum stake from DAC, the maker of our tent poles. Includes a hole for installing a pull loop (our Dyneema guyline works great for this). The small size provides a decent balance between weight and holding power and work well in a variety of ground types, but they're best in medium to firm ground. If you want something a little

Size S

This is the stake that comes standard with all our lightweight tents besides the NFT.

If you want something a little bigger, check out the size M stakes. For even better holding power in soft ground, try the size L stakes. For sand and snow or anchoring our domes, we recommend the size T stakes.

Length 6.3" (160mm)
Weight 0.38oz (10.7g)

Size M

This is the next size up from our standard stake. It comes standard with the NFT. It's a durable, anodized aluminum stake from DAC, the maker of our tent poles. Includes a hole for installing a pull loop (our Dyneema guyline works great for this).

The medium size provides additional holding power compared to the small size for looser ground, while still keeping weight low.

For even better holding power in soft ground, try the size L stakes. For sand and snow, we recommend the size T stakes.

Length 8" (200mm)
Weight 0.56oz (16g)

Size L

This is DAC's largest tent stake for anything smaller than domes. It's the same length as the size M, but wider for additional holding power. It's a durable, orange-anodized aluminum stake from DAC, the maker of our tent poles. Includes a hole for threading a pull loop (our Dyneema guyline works great for this).

The large size provides excellent holding power in many conditions, including loose, dry ground and firm, consolidated snow. Also works great as a dead man anchor in snow.

For sand and unconsolidated snow, we recommend the size T stakes.

Length 8" (200mm)
Weight 0.71oz (20g)

Size T

This is the big mama of tent stakes. We don't know what "T" stands for, but we do know these are the stakes you want if you want serious holding power for big tents in any conditions. It's a durable, clear-anodized aluminum stake from DAC, the maker of our tent poles. At whopping 12", this is DAC's largest tent stake. Includes a hole for installing a pull loop (our Dyneema guyline works great for this).

We include these with our Arctic 6 tents and we recommend them for all our big domes. These stakes are serious business!

This size is what you want for anchoring domes in most conditions, for slaying vampires, and for smaller tents in sand or snow. In unconsolidated snow, it's best to use these horizontally as deadman anchors.

Length 12" (300mm)
Weight 2.26oz (64g)

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fun with a late blooming omega
Format: Kindle
I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book. Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray. I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.
